Inquiry privacy notice
This notice explains how LUMIAD (루미애드) handles information submitted through its English inquiry form.
Information and purpose
Company or brand, contact name, email address and inquiry goals are required. Website, product or location URL, Korea market status, channel, budget and currency, country, time zone, preferred start and phone number are optional. We also record your consent time and notice version.
We use these details to assess service fit, respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal and arrange the next steps. Inquiry consent is not consent to unrelated marketing emails.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for one year after the inquiry is resolved and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by applicable law. Information needed for an agreed service or transaction is handled under the relevant contract and retention requirements.
Access and notifications
Authorized LUMIAD staff review inquiries in our administration system. When the administrator notification integration is enabled, inquiry details are processed through Popbill (Linkhub) to notify our staff via Kakao AlimTalk or its configured alternative message service. Replies are handled by email. We do not sell inquiry details.
Your choices
You may decline consent, in which case this form cannot be submitted. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction by emailing us. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in your inquiry.
